Jonathan Albarran
Jonathan Albarran is a technology strategist and enterprise innovation leader whose career has focused on how intelligence and creativity can transform global organizations. Over the past decade, he has guided digital transformation and technological reinvention at some of the world’s most recognized companies, including Beyond Meat and PepsiCo, helping shape new models for how design, data, and technology converge within complex global enterprises.
At Beyond Meat, Mr. Albarran architected the company’s core technology foundation in preparation for its initial public offering, establishing the infrastructure that supported its rapid global growth and operational scalability. Following the IPO, he led technology strategy for Planet Partnership, the Beyond Meat–PepsiCo joint venture, and subsequently joined PepsiCo’s Global Design + Innovation organization to drive enterprise-level transformation. In this role, he has advanced the integration of AI, design systems, and data intelligence across PepsiCo’s global creative network—an effort recognized with the organization being named Red Dot Agency of the Year 2024.
Mr. Albarran serves on the Adobe Digital Media Customer Advisory Board, advising on the evolution of intelligent and creative technologies for enterprise clients worldwide. He is also a frequent speaker and writer on artificial intelligence, design systems, and the future of human-machine collaboration. His professional philosophy is grounded in the conviction that technology should amplify human potential rather than replace it—a principle that informs both his corporate work and his broader creative practice.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Albarran founded Creative Synergy Labs, an innovation studio dedicated to exploring emerging technologies and enterprise systems. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is an accomplished photographer and pilot, disciplines that reflect his enduring interest in perspective, precision, and exploration.
Mr. Albarran divides his time between New York and California and continues to shape the dialogue around how intelligent systems and human creativity can jointly define the next generation of enterprise innovation.
